Construction Project Coordinator – Southern California

Regency General Contractors, Inc., is a leading construction company on the West Coast, specializing in Multi-Family, Commercial and Retail renovation, and new construction for over 35 years, and is seeking a full-time Construction Project Coordinator to provide professional and timely support to our Construction Team. Regency staff positions are designed for knowledgeable and energetic individuals who share a passion for construction. Staff members are expected to meet Ownership and Management objectives to enhance every aspect of the customer’s experience from start to finish and achieve the highest quality of product and service in each project. While Regency’s corporate office is in the Bay Area, this job position is based out of its Southern California office in Costa Mesa.
Position: Construction Project Coordinator
Compensation: Competitive Salary based upon experience.
Education/Experience:
- Some College Education a Plus
- Experience in the Construction Industry and/or Renovation a Plus
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Provide related and ongoing support to the Construction Team • Coordinate the Project’s Staff, Schedule, Subcontractors, Vendors, Suppliers • Communicate and Work with the Property Management’s Staff • Brief the Construction Management Team and Staff on Important Updates • Maintain Project Database
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and in English – Speaking, Reading and Writing
- Effective Verbal/Written Communication Skills with Customers, Co-Employees & Management
- Ability to Multi-Task, Meet Strict Deadlines and Work in a Fast-Paced Work Environment
- Organized, Dependable, Reliable, Self-Motivated, Energetic, Positive Attitude, Team Player
